- check-in at the reception
Villa Giardino collects data that must be submitted in order to provide accommodation services according to legal regulations. If you do not provide the minimum information required to register the guest in the relevant records, we will not be able to provide the accommodation service.
By registering at the reception, you agree to the presentation of personal identification documents for the purpose of tourist records in the eVisitor information system (Sojourn Tax Act, NN 152/08). Your personal data is collected for statistical processing and used exclusively by tourist boards, public bodies and ministries responsible for this procedure (Ministry of Tourism and Tourism Inspection, Ministry of the Interior and Ministry of Finance - Customs Administration).
Identity disclosure
Villa Giardino does not disclose the identity of its clients. However, we may disclose your personal information in cases where we have received your explicit consent or when we are obliged to respond to requests from government bodies / public authorities.
