Please take a moment to read our Terms of Sale:
- A valid credit card is required to confirm the reservation.
- Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out is until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Late check-out may incur an additional charge.
- If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do so online, in accordance with our Cancellation terms.

- The hotel reserves the right to refuse, cancel or modify reservations that contain or result from an error.
- The final bill for your stay will be given to you at the reception upon departure.
Cancellation conditions
Villa Giardino heritage boutique hotel is an oasis in the heart of the historic center of Bol, and every reservation is important and unique to us.
As a small boutique hotel, cancellations have a significant impact. If you need to cancel your stay, please understand how you are
financially responsible for your entire reservation, regardless of the reason.
- Reservations are held until 24:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
- No-show: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: no charge (0% of the reservation value).
- Cancellation within 0–30 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
Prepay
- It is necessary to pay 100% of the reservation value in advance.
- Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer (IBAN).
- Please inform us of your preferred payment method.
Reservations
- Reservations cannot be guaranteed without advance payment.
- Your reservation will be confirmed after we receive your payment.
